Structure

The general organization structure of the public company TEAK HOLZ INTERNATIONAL AG, pursuant to Austrian Stock Exchange Act, divides into the bodies Management Board, Supervisory Board and Shareholders' General Meeting.

The organization of the THI-group follows a business unit structure and segmentation. The three areas of responsibility are: "BU Teak Plantations", "BU Teak Sales" and "BU Teak Service".

All internal decisions, budgeting, reporting, risk management and other organizational work flows are based on this segmentation.
