Born 1945
Studied law and forestry. Career: Studied law and forestry in Munich, 1st and 2nd state examination, admission as attorney and notary at the Frankfurt Provincial Court, in abeyance since November 1996; Since 2001, entrepreneur in the Graf Pilati forestry business and shareholder in Graf Pilati GmbH, responsible for asset investment, financial planning, law, auditing, building supervision and land supervision.

Dr. Monika Wildner, LL.M. (NYU)
Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board
Born 1971
Studied law in Vienna, focus on commercial and corporate law, finance, M&A, studied abroad in London, Italy and NYC. Career: self-employed lawyer since July 2011, from 1998 to 2011 she worked for notable law firms in Vienna, was employed in Austrian listed companies with focus on international M&A-projects.

Erwin Hörmann 
Chairman of the Supervisory Board
Born 1939
Career: Trained motor mechanic and engineer for railway construction machinery, core shareholder in Teak Holz International AG; managing partner in the construction company Ploier & Hörmann Hoch- u. Tiefbau, since 1970, construction of sports facilities, advanced electrical engineering (high voltage current) and surveying consultancy. Now retired.

Dr. Benoit Leleux, MBA 
Member of the Supervisory Board
Born 1961
Studied in Belgium (Louvain), USA (Virginia Tech) and France (INSEAD), focus on forestry, international management, finance and venture capital, R&D, entrepreneurship. Career: Professor of entrepreneurship and finance at IMD University in Lausanne/Switzerland, visiting professor, international experience in forestry and agriculture, e.g. in Indonesia and Algeria, consulting assignments for global corporations, various publications and awards.
