Directors' Dealings

In accordance with Chapter 48d, Article 4 of the Austrian Stock Exchange Act (§ 48d Abs 4 BörseGesetz), members of the executive board and the supervisory board have to notify transactions in own shares or derivatives to the Austrian Financial Market Authority (FMA) and to the Company.
